Now THAT is an Unhappy Mark

In response to an interesting question someone posed to me yesterday, I now defer to my small reading audience:

How do you know when I'm unhappy?

I have no idea how other people know when I'm unhappy, and I'm curious to hear what signals are. Or have you just never seen me unhappy?

I think I coast at numb, but maybe I'm wrong.

And now that I think about it, the word might have been "sad", and not "unhappy". So reply for both, please.

I anxiously await the flood of responses that aren't junk-posts from advertisers.

I think you are unhappy when you don't have enough information about Cocker Spaniel.

Oh tick, you have made me laugh so hard that I am actually having to dry my eyes. Now I have to keep that junk post there, just so others can laugh (and not think you're very surreal).

Of course, if they don't think it's as funny as I think it is, I guess instead they'll just wonder what I thought was so funny.

It sounds like you hide it well. You've also mentioned often of hiding pain with humor. Maybe the sadder you are the funnier you get until you crash. Boy, that came out dark.
